“This Environment Undermines Students’ Ability.”

I teach Computer Science. The persistent issues with slow and non-functional computers in my classroom have created significant obstacles for my Computer Science students. These technical problems disrupt the flow of lessons, limit hands-on practice, and diminish the overall learning experience.

Students often spend more time troubleshooting and waiting for the systems to respond than actually engaging with the curriculum, leading to frustration and decreased motivation. This environment undermines their ability to develop crucial coding and problem-solving skills, which are vital for their academic and future professional success.
